From Magog, Quebec, Philippe studied Fine Arts at Concordia University as well as at the École d'Ébénisterie d'Art de Montréal, with the goal of launching his own furniture and practical object design studio, all while highlighting the materials as much as possible by emphasizing their natural textures and aspects.

He launched his business in his workshop in 2020 and has now manufactured over a hundred pieces of custom furniture in addition to multiple original pieces.
